[Demo] CFIA 2018 : milk substitutes in the agri-food industry

The CFIA (Carrefour des Fournisseurs de l'Industrie Agroalimentaire, or the French network of agri-food industry suppliers) is a key event for industrial manufacturers and retailers. The 22nd edition of this industry event is due to take place from 13 to 15 March in Rennes. As a major exhibitor and supplier of dairy ingredients, Armor Protéines will be ready and waiting with a demo of some innovative products: milk substitutes.

Following on from the exhibition, we're proud to present our brand-new after-movie! The film was shot during the demo, during which we showed visitors how milk substitutes can be used in smoothies: 

Our concoction:

• An Apple & Banana smoothie with milk substitute

Visitors were treated to a taste of the smoothie and were delighted by how refreshing and creamy the result is, with no after-taste. A food advisor from the Contemporary Culinary Centre noted a number of milk substitute advantages:

• Protein levels equivalent to that of milk, but with reduced fat
• Handy storage thanks to the 25kg bag format: save time and energy
